The formal version of a simple promise: your drafts are scanned, not kept. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we never touch.
This Privacy Policy explains how Gulf Ice Solutions LLC, doing business as Kesey Agency ("Kesey", "we", or "us") handles personal information in connection with Pre-Trip, the compliance scanner at scan.kesey.agency, the marketing site at kesey.agency, the API, and the official integrations (together, the "Service"). The plain-language version lives on our Trust page; this is the complete account.
Kesey is the operator of Pre-Trip and the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@kesey.agency or Gulf Ice Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.
We do not store your draft Content. The copy, URL, or image you scan is processed in memory and then gone: not in our database, not in logs, not in analytics. We do not ask for, and you should not send, contact lists, patient information, or protected health information about the people you market to. The scanner reads copy, not data about individuals.
Two parts of the Service send text to a processor to do their work, in both cases without any account identity attached and with nothing retained by that processor for training:
The scanner. scan.kesey.agency sets one essential cookie: your sign-in session, so you stay logged in. It runs no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
The marketing site. kesey.agency uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to measure traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use this only in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the Service, each bound to handle it on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security or integrity of the Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.
We keep aggregate scan metadata for 60 days, then delete or de-identify it. We keep your account information while your account is open. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we remove your personal information within 60 days, except for limited records we must retain to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation, or that our payment processor keeps under its own terms. Your draft Content is never retained at all.
Wherever you are, you can email support@kesey.agency to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and we will honor the request. You can unsubscribe from compliance-update emails at any time using the link in any such email; you will still receive essential account emails such as sign-in links and receipts.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases are your consent (for the compliance-update emails and for running your free checks) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States, and our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Sign-in is passwordless, API keys are stored only as hashes, credentials live only in server-side configuration, and access to production data is limited to what the Service needs to run. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your draft Content out of storage entirely is the strongest privacy measure we can offer, and it is the default.
We may update this Policy. If a change is material, we will post notice on the Service or notify your account contact before it takes effect. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
Questions or requests about privacy go to support@kesey.agency, or Gulf Ice Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.
