Agency services

Marketing for regulated industries, done for you.

Pre-Trip is the inspection. Kesey is also the crew that packs the bus: a full-service marketing agency for businesses in regulated categories, and a white-label partner for agencies that already serve them. Same source-cited rule library, same standards, handled.

Most people who land here should start with the scanner. This page is for the ones who would rather hand the whole thing off.

Two ways to ride

Full service, or white label under your logo.

The work is the same either way. What changes is whose name is on it and who holds the client relationship.

Full service

For businesses in regulated categories

You run a treatment center, a clinic, a med spa, a telehealth practice, a supplement or hemp brand. Demand exists, follow-up leaks, and every piece of copy carries a rule you did not write. We run the marketing program end to end, and every word ships already screened against the law for your state and your category.

White label

For agencies serving them

You already have the client and the relationship. What you do not have is a compliance layer, or the appetite to build one for a single account in an unfamiliar vertical. We work as your team, invisibly: your brand on the deliverable, your name in the room, our library and production behind it.

Verticals

Categories where the advertising rules bite.

These are the markets the rule library was built for, which is the only reason we take agency work in them. Each one links to the field guide covering what a marketer can and cannot say there.

Outside these? Ask anyway. The honest answer is sometimes that the library does not cover your category yet, and we would rather say so than take the work and learn on your budget. Current coverage is public, state by state.

The work

What an engagement actually includes.

Scoped per engagement, because a single-location clinic and a multi-state brand do not need the same program. This is the menu we build from.

Lifecycle and email programs

Inquiry follow-up, no-show recovery, reactivation, and the newsletter nobody has time to write. Built as sequences that live inside your own systems, version controlled, and audited for drift so what runs still matches what was approved.

Content production

Pages, posts, and campaign copy on a calendar that closes your highest-value gaps first. Every piece is screened before you see it, so review is about whether it is good, not whether it is legal.

Campaigns and landing pages

Programs run end to end and wired into the pages they point at. Referral-partner nurture for clinics, cohort and waitlist campaigns for centers, whatever the model actually needs.

Reporting that updates itself

A dashboard that pulls its own numbers on a schedule instead of a slide deck assembled the night before the call. Funnel, email, campaign, and site performance in one place.

AI citation tracking

What assistants say about you and your competitors when someone asks for a provider in your market, tracked weekly. It is where a growing share of the research happens and almost nobody is watching it.

Deliverability and list health

Authentication, sending reputation, and list hygiene monitored continuously. A regulated sender who lands in spam has a compliance problem and a revenue problem at the same time.

Compliance is the floor here, not an upgrade. Every word we ship is screened against the adopted rules for your state and your category before it reaches you, and where an engagement makes us a business associate, the BAA is part of it, not a line item.

The platform

Every engagement ships with a Growth Center.

Not a login to our system. Your own instance, on its own site, sharing zero configuration, credentials, or data with any other client we serve. It updates on a schedule and it is there whether or not anyone is on a call.

  • Aggregate only, architecturally. The collectors aggregate before anything is written. Contact lists, patient records, and person-level rows cannot reach it, and that is enforced by the build rather than promised in a policy.
  • Generation is gated. Nothing drafts until the rules that apply to you have been approved, and the output is scanned again after it is written. Two independent layers, because a model that was told the rules is not the same as output that was checked against them.
  • The approval is yours. We do not approve rulesets on your behalf. There is no operator path to do it, by design.
  • Draft by default. Nothing auto-publishes without a separate, revocable authorization, and high-risk topics stay in human review even then.

White label

Your client stays your client.

The most common reason an agency goes looking for a white-label marketing partner in a regulated category: you win the account, realize halfway through onboarding that the usual playbook is a liability, and need a specialist who will not turn into a competitor.

What we don't do

The boundaries are the product too.

A specialist is defined by what they turn down. Here is ours in writing, so you and your other partners know exactly where we end.

How it starts

Short call, honest answer.

Tell us the shape

What you market, which states it ships into, and whether this is your account or your client's. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know whether there is anything here.

See it on your own copy

We run something real of yours through the library and walk the findings with the citations attached. It is the cheapest way to find out whether the rules layer is a problem you actually have.

Scope, then run

We scope to the gap rather than to a tier, stand up the Growth Center, and start. Pricing depends entirely on what the program turns out to be, which is why there is no number on this page.

Questions

What people ask before the first call.

What is the difference between Pre-Trip and your agency services?

Pre-Trip is the software: you paste a draft and it returns a pass or a source-cited fix list, and your team does the writing. The agency engagement is the writing, the sending, the reporting, and the compliance review, done by us. Most people should start with the scanner and only come here if handing the work off is what they actually want.

What does white-label marketing mean here?

We work as an invisible extension of your agency. Deliverables arrive unbranded and ready for your template, we do not contact your client unless you invite us in, and the arrangement includes a standing no-poach commitment covering the engagement and after it. Your client sees your team.

Which industries do you take on?

The regulated categories the rule library covers: addiction treatment, ketamine and psychedelic therapy, med spa and aesthetics, GLP-1 and weight loss, dental, telehealth, cannabis and hemp, and dietary supplements. If your category is not in the library yet, we will tell you rather than learn it on your budget.

Do you handle compliance review, or does our counsel still do that?

We screen every piece against adopted federal and state advertising law and cite the statute behind each finding, before the copy reaches you. That is a rigorous screen, not legal advice, and it does not replace counsel. It means the work that reaches your lawyer is already clean of the known, compiled problems, so their time goes to judgment calls.

What does an engagement cost?

There is no price on this page because the work is scoped to the gap rather than sold as a tier. A single white-label production line and a multi-state full-service program are not the same engagement and should not carry the same number. Tell us the shape and we will quote it.

Do you buy media?

No. We will measure what the ads do and make sure the creative and landing pages survive a policy review, but the buying stays with your ads partner. We do not compete for that scope.

What do you need handled?

Tell us the shape of it and we will tell you quickly whether we are the right call. If we are not, we will say where to look instead. Or write to support@kesey.agency.

Please do not include patient information or anything person-level. Sending this does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone, because we are not attorneys, which is rather the point of the Trust page.

Or start where everyone starts.

Run one of your own drafts through Pre-Trip first. If the findings make the case for handing the work off, this page will still be here.
