Kesey · Day.ai Solutions Partner

Day.ai Solutions Partner

We build the workspace, build the agents, bring the records across, and stay on after go-live. You buy the software from Day.ai. You contract the work with us.

Kesey is a Day.ai Solutions Partner. We do workspace builds, agent builds and tuning, and migrations from HubSpot, then run the workspace after launch. A fixed scope 30 day pilot is $5,000 and credits in full against a build. Builds start at $4,000. Ongoing operation starts at $1,850 a month.

What we do

Three ways in, and one of them is the cheap one

Start here $5,000

30 day pilot

  • Fixed scope, fixed length, one outcome agreed up front
  • Connect the workspace and see what Day.ai builds from your own history
  • Two agents, live, doing real work

Credits in full against either build.

Motion one $4,000

Your CRM built

  • Day.ai becomes the system of record
  • Workspace, objects, pipelines, permissions, privacy settings per inbox
  • Records migrated from your current CRM
  • The first three agents built and tuned

Then $500 an agent. Ten agents lands at $7,500.

Motion two $9,000

Your agents built

  • Your existing system of record stays where it is
  • An agent fleet built beside it, reading the same email and calendar
  • Job descriptions, skills and guardrails written per agent
  • The first three agents built and tuned

Then $500 an agent. Ten agents lands at $12,500.

The gap between the two builds is the pilot, at every size. That is on purpose. If you are not sure which one you are, run the pilot and the decision makes itself.

Fit

Who this works for, and who it does not

A fit
  • You run on Google Workspace. Gmail and Google Calendar are what Day.ai reads.
  • Your team is in meetings. The record builds itself from conversations, so volume is what makes it worth having.
  • Five to fifty people. Small enough to move, big enough that nobody can hold it in their head.
  • You have a CRM nobody updates. That is the problem this solves rather than a reason to wait.
Not a fit, today
  • Microsoft Outlook. Day.ai does not support it. We will say so in the first ten minutes.
  • Low meeting volume. A team that sells by form fill gets less out of this than a team that sells by conversation.
  • You need a specific compliance certification. Ask us and we will find out rather than guess.

How a build runs

Four to six weeks, most of it not in your calendar

  1. Connect and look

Workspace connected, history backfilled. Day.ai builds companies, contacts and opportunities out of email and calendar before anybody types anything. The first job is reading what it made and deciding what is wrong.

  2. Privacy, per person

One conversation per inbox about what is shared and what is not. This is the step that gets skipped and then relitigated in month three.

  3. Shape the record

Objects, pipelines, stages, custom properties. Then the migration, if there is one: what comes across, what gets left, what gets archived somewhere cheaper.

  4. Build the agents

Each agent gets a job description, a skill set and a boundary. Written, not improvised. An agent with no stated boundary is the one that creates a mess nobody notices for a month.

  5. Hand over, then stay

Your team runs it. We watch it. The first month after go-live is when the real questions arrive, and it is the month most implementations are already gone.

Day.ai, plainly

What is actually different about it

QuestionAnswer
How does the record get created? From connected email and calendar, including history from before you signed up. You are not starting from an empty database.
What is the pricing model?Per agent, not per seat. A teammate who only needs to see the record does not need an agent.
What email does it need?Google Workspace. There is no Outlook support.
Can agents be created automatically? No. Creating an agent is a deliberate action a person takes in the product, which is why an agent build is per person work rather than a script.
What does it replace?Usually a CRM nobody was updating. Sometimes nothing, because the company was running on inboxes and a spreadsheet.

Day.ai publishes its own pricing and feature detail and it moves. Where a number matters to your decision we check it with them rather than quote it from memory. The Day.ai guides carry the detail, each one dated.

After go-live

Ongoing, from $1,850 a month

A build finishes. The workspace does not. Ongoing is a person paying attention to it: reading what the agents changed, catching the duplicates a self-building record produces, telling you when something is drifting before it becomes a cleanup project.

On top of the monthly you can add watches, each one a standing thing somebody reads and acts on rather than a dashboard nobody opens. A renewal window. An account going quiet. A competitor named on a call. Each has a stated cadence and a stated firing budget, so a watch that goes off every day is our problem to fix, not a change order.

Book a call No setup fee on any watch. Month to month.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does a Day.ai implementation cost?

A 30 day pilot is $5,000 and credits in full against a build. A workspace build with the first three agents is $4,000, then $500 per agent. An agent fleet built beside an existing system of record is $9,000, then $500 per agent. Ten agents lands at $7,500 or $12,500. Ongoing operation starts at $1,850 a month. Day.ai software is billed separately, by Day.ai.

Do I need Google Workspace to use Day.ai?

Yes. Day.ai connects to Google Workspace and there is no Microsoft Outlook support. If your team runs on Outlook, Day.ai is not a fit today and we will tell you in the first ten minutes rather than the first week.

How long does a Day.ai build take?

A pilot runs 30 days. A full build with ten agents is roughly 25 hours of workspace work plus about 15 hours of per person work, delivered over four to six weeks. The variable is how many inboxes are involved, because each one is a privacy conversation and an onboarding.

Can I migrate from HubSpot to Day.ai?

Yes, and it is usually a smaller job than a conventional CRM migration, because Day.ai rebuilds much of the record from your own email and calendar history. The work is in deciding what to bring, what to leave, and what to archive somewhere cheaper.

What is a Day.ai agent?

A named worker in the workspace with a job description and a set of skills. Priced per agent rather than per seat, so teammates who only need to see the record cost nothing.

Does Kesey work with Day.ai directly?

Yes. Kesey is a Day.ai Solutions Partner. You buy the software from Day.ai and contract the services with us. If something breaks, you call us first and we escalate to them.

What if we start and it is the wrong tool?

That is what the pilot is for, and it is why it is fixed scope and fixed length. Thirty days and $5,000 is a cheaper way to find out than a build.

Start with the pilot

Thirty days, $5,000, credited in full if you go on to a build. You will know inside a week whether the record it builds from your own history is worth having.
