KESEY Growth Center Book a call

A managed marketing engine, per client

The dashboard that runs the engagement.

Every Kesey client gets a dedicated Growth Center: their own private instance that measures the AI answers their buyers actually read, plans and gates every piece of content, runs the email programs, and keeps weekly history of all of it. You read one dashboard. We operate everything behind it.

It is not software you learn. It is an engagement you can see.

The tour

Six views your team reads. Real screens, invented client.

These are live captures from the demo instance. The clinic is fictional; the machinery is exactly what your instance runs.

01 · The Recommendation Engine

Which assistants recommend you, and for what

Every week we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude the questions your buyers actually ask, then score who got named and who got the link. Share of voice against your named competitors, the topics you are winning, the topics you are losing, and what to publish next. Joined to your site data below, it closes a loop the point tools never do: recommended, visited, became revenue. This piece also runs standalone; see the Recommendation Engine tier below.

02 · The home page that reads you in

Where things stand, in one glance

Visits, inquiries, AI visibility, and what is waiting on whom, each number naming the date it was pulled. No logins into five tools, no monthly PDF. The person who opens it sees their own to-do pile first.

03 · The content plan

Every piece on one ladder, nothing in anyone's head

Briefs move from asked to written to checked to live on a board both sides read, in plain words. Drafts are written with your voice pack and your facts file, and a compliance gate checks every draft before a human ever could have missed it. You approve; nothing publishes itself.

04 · Site vitals

Traffic that explains itself

Weekly sessions with honest comparisons (a part week is never judged against a full one), channels corrected for how ad platforms mislabel themselves, and AI referral traffic pinned to its own row so the channel the engagement is about never disappears under the paid noise.

05 · The funnel

From visit to revenue, one vocabulary

The same channel names run through the site, the CRM, and this board, so attribution means one thing everywhere. Recovered consults, pipeline by source, and what the emails actually produced, aggregated only; no person-level data ever reaches the dashboard.

06 · Compliance, fail closed

The gate your lawyer would build

In regulated verticals, generation is blocked until you approve the rulesets that govern it, every draft is scanned against them, and approvals bind to the exact text approved. The machine cannot publish what nobody signed. Built for healthcare; the same engine covers RESPA, housing, and finance.

How it runs

Three moves, then a weekly rhythm

Instrument

Your instance stands up in week one: collectors wired to your analytics, search, and CRM, your competitors named, your brand voice and canonical facts loaded. History starts accruing immediately.

Operate

We run the engine: briefs researched and dispatched, drafts written and gated, email programs built and revised, every change request worked. You review and approve from your phone.

Prove

Weekly collection commits the numbers, the Monday digest reports them, and goals are judged against real pace. What worked is visible; what did not is visible sooner.

Ownership

You own the engine. We run the instruments.

A fair question every serious buyer asks: what happens if we part ways?

  • Your assets are yours. Copy, sequences, workflows, strategy, and content live in your CRM and on your site. They keep running without us.
  • Your data is yours. Every instance is fully isolated: its own private repository, its own credentials, its own data store. There is no shared database anywhere in the system, and your measured history is exportable.
  • The instruments are the service. The collectors, the gates, the boards, and the operator are what the monthly engagement buys. Leave, and you keep the engine and the history; what you give up is the telemetry and the person running it.
  • At exit, you receive your repository. In writing, in the agreement: your instance's full repository, every data artifact, your complete measured history, handed over. Software is becoming a commodity; we would rather be your operator than your hostage-taker.

Fit

This is for you if

Engagements are limited by design; this is an operated service, not a software seat. If the fit is unclear, the AI Visibility Audit is the inexpensive way to find out with your own numbers.

Engagement

Four shapes, one instance that grows

Every tier runs on the same dedicated instance. Upgrading turns capabilities on; your accumulated history is already there. Nobody migrates.

See it with your numbers, not ours

The demo above is a fictional clinic. The audit runs the same machinery against your market and your competitors.
