Clarify, the AI native CRM at clarify.ai
Moving from HubSpot to Clarify
Clarify writes the CRM record from your email, calls and meetings instead of asking anyone to fill in fields, and it does not charge for seats. Here is what it costs today, what a migration carries across, and the part their own plans do not cover.
Already running it? Five guides to what it costs, what connects, and getting your data back out.
What is Clarify?
Disambiguation first, because the name is crowded.
Clarify is an AI native CRM at clarify.ai, founded in Seattle in 2024 and generally available since June 2025. It captures email, calls and meetings automatically, keeps records current without manual entry, and runs agents for prospecting and research. It raised $22.5 million and acquired Seam AI in July 2026.
It is not Clarify Health, not Clarify Capital, not the Gmail tool at clarify.day, and not the 1990s Clarify CRM that Nortel bought. Four different companies share the name and most search results for the bare word are about the others.
Clarify pricing, August 2026
Their own published numbers, checked this month. Worth reading carefully, because most pages quoting Clarify pricing are quoting a price list that changed.
| Plan | Price | Seats | Credits | Records |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Unlimited | 1,000 a month | 20,000 |
| Starter | $50 | Unlimited | 5,000 a month, then $50 per 5,000 | 250,000 |
| Growth | Custom | Unlimited | Custom | Unlimited |
The model is credits, not seats. Their own line is pay for work done, not seats filled: everyone can have a login and you pay for what the AI does. Lead Finder costs one credit per record imported, so a heavy prospecting month and a quiet one bill differently on the same headcount.

Migration help is Growth tier only
This is the part that decides whether you need anyone, and it is on their own pricing page.
Clarify lists CRM migration as a Growth plan feature, alongside a dedicated account manager, SAML and OIDC. Free and Starter do not include it.
Which means the teams most likely to be leaving HubSpot, the ones small enough that $50 a month is the right plan, are exactly the teams the vendor does not migrate. Nothing is wrong with that as a commercial decision. It just means the work still has to happen and somebody has to do it.
What a HubSpot to Clarify migration moves
Two things arrive intact and two do not, which is the shape of every capture-first migration.
Contacts, companies and deals
The core objects move, and Clarify then enriches them from the mailboxes and calendars you connect, so the records arrive fuller than they left.
The conversation history
Because it reads your email and calendar directly, the relationship history rebuilds itself rather than being imported. First login shows people your team recognises.
Property history
Years of who changed which field and when is a HubSpot object with nowhere to land. Any report reading change over time gets rebuilt against a new source or archived with the old portal.
Workflows and scoring
Sequences, rotation, scoring and internal notifications are hours you already paid for. Some of it collapses into an agent instruction and some is load bearing enough to rebuild deliberately.
When to stay on HubSpot
Three of them, said now rather than in month two.
Clarify is a CRM. Email, landing pages and attribution moving with it is a far larger project than a CRM swap, and it is the most common reason to stay.
If board reporting depends on how fields changed over quarters, that series does not travel. Decide what replaces it before you move, not after.
Per seat pricing is predictable. Credits reward small teams doing focused work and punish heavy automated prospecting. Model a real month before switching.
Everything else about running it
Five questions that come up once the decision is made, each answered in a line here and in full on its own page. Every figure on them is sourced to Clarify's own pages and dated.
Before you commit
- What it costs, and how credits work Seats are free and unlimited; you pay per action at published rates. The free tier's 1,000 credits is about 16 fully processed meetings a month.
- Getting your data back out CSV on People, Companies, Deals and Custom Objects, from the app or the API, on every plan. The export carries the columns in your view, not every field.
Moving from HubSpot
- What actually syncs, and which way The integrations page says two way and the documentation says one way, HubSpot to Clarify only. Both quoted, both linked, and the docs are the operative statement.
Wiring it up
- Every integration, and what each does Thirty eight listed across nine categories, and both the Google and Microsoft mail stacks are supported.
- The API, MCP and Zapier Three Zapier triggers rather than actions alone, outbound webhooks, and a read and write API. A personal key sees more meeting data than a workspace key.
Clarify CRM questions
What is Clarify CRM?
Clarify is an AI native CRM at clarify.ai that captures email, calls and meetings automatically and keeps records current without manual data entry. Founded in Seattle in 2024, generally available since June 2025, and backed by $22.5 million from USVP, Gradient and Madrona.
How much does Clarify cost?
Free is $0 with unlimited seats, 1,000 credits a month and 20,000 records. Starter is $50 a month with unlimited seats, 5,000 credits and 250,000 records, with more credits at $50 per 5,000. Growth is custom. Checked August 2026.
Does Clarify really have unlimited seats?
Yes, on every plan, and it is their own stated model rather than a promotion. You pay for credits, meaning the work the AI does, instead of per person. That is genuinely different from HubSpot and from Attio, both of which price per seat.
Can you migrate from HubSpot to Clarify?
Yes. Contacts, companies and deals carry across, and the conversation history largely rebuilds itself once mailboxes and calendars are connected. What does not carry is property history and your HubSpot workflows.
Worth knowing: Clarify includes migration support on the Growth plan only, so on Free or Starter the move is yours to run.
Clarify or Day.ai?
They are the closest two products on the market and both build the record from what already happened rather than from data entry. The real split is the pricing model. Day.ai charges per agent, Clarify charges per credit with unlimited seats.
So a team with many watchers and light automation tends to land on Clarify, and a team running heavy automated prospecting should model credit burn carefully before assuming it is cheaper.
Clarify or Attio?
Different questions. Attio is for modelling your own objects when the business does not run on contacts, companies and deals, and it prices per seat. Clarify is for teams whose problem is that nobody updates anything. If you need custom objects, that points to Attio.
Is Clarify the same as Clarify Health or Clarify Capital?
No. Clarify Health is a healthcare analytics company, Clarify Capital is a business lender, clarify.day is a Gmail triage tool, and the Clarify CRM that Nortel acquired in the 1990s is long gone. The CRM discussed here is clarify.ai.
