What BrandJet costs, and what it takes off the bill

$79 a month on Starter and $200 on Pro, with unlimited inboxes, unlimited campaigns and no sending throttle on either. The interesting number is not the price, it is that inboxes are not the billing unit, because in this category they usually are.

The two plans

Both bill monthly or annually, and annual is two months free.

The part worth understanding before the price

Nothing here is charged per seat, per inbox or per campaign. That is unusual, and it changes how you design the sending side rather than just what you pay.

Cold outbound volume is a function of mailbox count: you divide a monthly target by roughly 40 sends per inbox per day, then by working days, and the answer is how many mailboxes you provision. The arithmetic is on the outbound page. On a platform that bills per inbox, that arithmetic is also your bill, and teams end up running fewer mailboxes harder, which is exactly the thing that damages deliverability.

What unlimited inboxes lets you do

Provision the number the volume actually calls for, spread the sending thin across all of them, and keep per mailbox daily counts low. Good deliverability practice stops being the expensive option.

What still costs money

The mailboxes themselves, at your provider, plus the domains. BrandJet does not charge for them and Google or Microsoft still will. Budget the platform and the infrastructure separately.

Which plan, in practice

Starter, $79

One person, or a first campaign

1,000 verified leads a month is roughly a campaign or two at sensible sizes. If you are still deciding whether outbound works for you at all, this is the tier to prove it on.

The ceiling you hit first is usually leads rather than sending, because sending is not capped.

Pro, $200

A team running continuously

Ten times the leads, five times the signals, and bulk enrichment across the whole pipeline rather than contact by contact. Bulk enrichment is the line that matters once the list is thousands rather than hundreds.

At $121 more a month, the question is simply whether you will use 10,000 leads. If you will not, Starter is not a compromise.

The add-on to watch is social accounts beyond the included ones, at $20 a month each on Starter and $17 on Pro. Running three LinkedIn senders is a real line item, and it is the one part of this bill that scales with headcount.

What we will not tell you

We work with BrandJet and we set it up, so treat the enthusiasm accordingly. What we are not going to do is publish a saving figure against a stack we invented for the comparison. The honest version is that it depends entirely on what you are paying now, and a contact database plus a sequencer plus a warmup service plus enrichment is four bills whose total we cannot guess for you.

What we will do is work it out with your actual invoices in front of us, and say so if the answer is that you should stay where you are. That happens, most often when a team has a mature sequencer they are getting real value from and the only genuine gain would be the unified inbox.

Common questions

How much does BrandJet cost?

$79 a month on Starter and $200 a month on Pro, billed monthly or annually, with annual giving two months free. Both plans include a 7 day free trial with full access.

Does it charge per inbox or per seat?

No. Both plans carry unlimited inboxes, unlimited campaigns and no sending throttle. The only per unit charge is extra social accounts beyond the included ones, at $20 a month on Starter and $17 on Pro.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Volume and enrichment. Starter gives 1,000 verified leads and 10,000 keyword signals a month; Pro gives 10,000 and 50,000, adds bulk enrichment across the pipeline, unlimited competitor tracking and priority support.

Is there a free trial?

Seven days with full access, on either plan, and no charge until it ends.

What else will I be paying for?

Mailboxes and domains at your own provider. A serious cold outbound setup runs several lookalike domains with two to three mailboxes on each, and that cost sits with Google or Microsoft rather than with the platform.

Do you resell it?

No. We work with them and we set it up. What we sell is the setup and the program around it: the sending architecture, the targeting, the sequences, and somewhere for the replies to land.

Where we come in

We work it out against your actual invoices

We are not going to publish a saving figure against a stack we invented for the comparison. We will work it out with your real bills in front of us, and say so if the answer is that you should stay where you are.

  • Your current outbound spend added up honestly, tools and mailboxes both
  • The tier your volume actually lands in, not the one on the pricing page
  • Mailbox and domain count sized to the target rather than to the budget
  • A straight answer if consolidating would not be worth the move
